Good health comes to those who work for it and more importantly understand and realise that good health is an ongoing journey not a destination. Health has many dimensions the physical, the mental and the spiritual and each of these needs to be tended to in order to be truly healthy. While all of us realise the need to adopt a holistic approach to staying healthy, everyday life with its host of big and small challenges many a times causes roadblocks/deviations on the road to good health. Self-care takes a back seat, rest and relaxation does not happen often enough.
